Thermax bags Rs 478 cr order from Orissa-based firm

Pollution control equipment maker Thermax today said it has bagged an order worth Rs 477.77 crore from an Orissa-based company for construction of a captive power plant. - Schneider Electric sees openings in water solutions - Analysts" corner - Thermax net dips 5% to Rs 54 cr - "Nuclear power generation a distant dream" - Thermax: Powered by new wins - Thermax bags Rs 1,000cr power plant project As per the contract the company would be providing various systems, including air pollution control, water treatment and effluent treatment units for the power plant, Thermax said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Shares of Thermax today closed at Rs 571 on the BSE, up 0.15 per cent from its previous close.
