Jindal Saw Q3 net up 46% at Rs 146 cr

Pipe manufacturer Jindal Saw today reported a 46.36 per cent growth in net profit at Rs 146.48 crore for the third quarter ended September 2009. The board has approved a stock split in the ratio of 1:5. The company would sub-divide one equity share of Rs 10 each into five share of Rs two a piece. Shares of Jindal Saw were trading at Rs 744.45, down 0.07 per cent in the late afternoon trade on the BSE.
