India Eco Summit: Alstom India in talks with Bhel, NPCIL in planned JV

He, however, decline to comment whether Alstom would be an equal partner in the joint venture. Public sector majors BHEL and NPCIL signed an agreement in April 2008 to form a joint venture for providing engineering, procurement and construction services in nuclear power sector.
